DESCRIPTION:Seeds of Mussar:  An Introduction to the Study and Practice of Mussar \nThis 3-part course will introduce a method that focuses on refining our attributes (middot) so that we are able to serve others with greater and greater joy. We will use Jewish mindfulness techniques to get in touch with our own soul and use that lens to understand others.
